Built in 1927 and located in the elegant calm of the San Isidro district, which although not as popular as Miraflores district is somewhat quieter. The Country Club hotel is now considered a national monument of Peru due to is building and interior decor. They have a lovely dining room and frequent live music in the restaurant and bars as well as first class business and conference facilities, the Country Club is an excellent choice for both work and for pleasure.
They have 83 suites spread throughout the hotel and each is decorated with a stylish mixture of classical and Peruvian colonial artwork. Although the hotel appears large it is actually very personal, friendly and warm with luxurious rooms, huge marble bathrooms with Jacuzzis and lovely staff. The Country’s standard Master suites (37 in total) have either one king-size or two queen-size beds. Rooms are equipped with writing-desk and chair as well as a complete marble bathroom.
Their Grand Class suites (26) have one King or two Queen beds, each with marble bathrooms with a bath and shower. Some rooms have a spacious terrace with excellent views out over the Lima Golf Club.
The Country clubs Governor’s Suite (7) are approximately 650 square feet and boast, in addition to a king bed and all the comfort and facilities of standard rooms, a breakfast table for use with room service orders. The bathroom is equipped with a Jacuzzi
