Morgans Rock

All of the above can be said with a clear conscience, as Morgan’s Rock is part of a 1,800 hectare property which incorporates tree-farming, reforestation and a protected wildlife reserve.

The lodge has 15 bungalows which are all located on a hillside and overlooking the private beach. Built using tropical hardwoods, the bungalows are extremely spacious – more like a house! – with floor to ceiling windows which take full advantage of your stunning views. There are king beds on a raised platform, a huge bathroom, and a private deck with your outdoor shower and hanging double day bed.

The style of the lodge is ‘Pared down luxury’ and much of the furnishings remind one of Terrance Conran circa 1970’s. Solid teak, stone sculptures and creams lounge chairs adorn the bar and restaurant.

There is a large pool set inside the hillside and many other activities on offer such as horse riding, biking, surfing and nature walks.
