The itinerary below takes in the most popular regions of Costa Rica and as such it is a diverse trip. It includes wildlife, adventure, active volcanoes and some time on the beach at the end.
As a guideline, the itinerary outlined below would cost approximately £2,840 per person based on two people travelling and includes all activities on a private basis unless stated, private transfers, internal flights in Costa Rica, entrance fees, accommodation and taxes and meals where mentioned.

| Day 2 | Met in the morning and transferred by bus and boat – shared transfer, into Tortuguero National Park. 2 nights in the Aninga lodge in a standard room on a full board basis including all activities. ANINGA |
| Day 3 | A full day in the Tortuguero National Park. There is an included programme of guided excursions, which include; boat trips along the inland waterways, short walks on trails, watching turtle nesting and hatching on the beaches (seasonal), the village of Tortuguero and the turtle museum – shared basis. |
| Day 4 | Met and transferred to the airport for your flight to San Jose, depart on Nature Air 211 At 07:00 arrive 07:30. Met on arrival and transferred to Monteverde and the El Sapo Dorado Lodge for 3 nights in a classic mountain suite on a b&b basis. | Day 5-6 | 2 full days in Monteverde Cloudforest Reserve. There are a number of excursions that can be arranged and paid for locally, such as: guided day and night walks in the cloud forest, butterfly garden, orchid garden, sky trek and canopy tour, horse riding or mountain biking. |
| Day 7 | Met in the morning and transferred to Arenal and the Arenal observatory lodge for 2 nights in a standard room on a b&b basis. Afternoon free for personal exploration. | Day 8 | The day is free for personal exploration. There are several excursions to choose from including: Arenal volcano hike, la Fortuna waterfall, white water rafting on the Sarapiqui river or a canopy tour. |

| Day 10-11 | On the Nicoya Peninsula, free for personal exploration. |
| Day 12 | Met and transferred to the airport for your internal flight to San Jose, depart on Nature Air 337 at 16:05 arrive 16:25. Met on arrival and transferred to Hotel Grano de Oro for the night in a standard room on a b&b basis. |
| Day 13 | Met and transferred to the airport for your return international flight. |
