Brazil has two places for spotting wildlife; the Amazon and the Pantanal and we think the Pantanal is the better of the two. This is a wetland area, where from May to November the water disperses, leaving small pools of water where the fish are trapped which in turn attracts large numbers of migratory birds as well as jaguars.
You cannot visit Brazil without seeing the incredible Iguazu Falls; 270 waterfalls in a 1 square mile area, which you can see from the walkways at various levels, helicopters to see them from above, speedboat rides from below and train rides from the side. As if this was not enough, they are surrounded by pristine jungle and an abundance of wildlife.
Brazil’s beaches are the best in South America, making it the perfect destination for relaxing after your wedding. On top of this there are some world class hotels to stay in such as Ponta Dos Ganchos or the remote Kiaroa hotel. There is also small and chic and places such as Pipa and Trancoso are not to be ignored.
Will definitely be recommending this trip to people and the excellent service provided by Latin Odyssey. Thank you for a memorable trip!
